Ratrig V-Core 4 3D printer Enclosure panels for 300mm, 400mm, 500mm
Enclosure panels for Rat Rig vcore 4 - 3mm or 6mm clear acrylic panels for 300mm, 400mm, or 500mm 3d printers. Clearview is a huge fan of Ratrig Printers. We've built multiple machines from them. We stay current with their projects so you can rest assured that your panels come out great.
Our Rat Rig VCore 4 Enclosure panel sets are CNC cut panels of clear transparent Polycarbonate in 3mm, 4mm or 6mm thickness. These are cut to the dimensions and specifications from Rat Rig along with the mounting holes for magnetic latches and handles. We cut our panels on a professional quality cnc router with professional cutting hardware. Additionally, we use a premium grade Cast Acrylic or polycarbonate with UV stabilizers so they won't crack or haze over time. Last, we deburr and soften the edges for a full finish quality.
This listing is for the panels only. When buying Rat Rig's printer kit, the panels are not included. These panels need to be self sourced. We cut our panels using professional cutting and finishing techniques on calibrated machines for the best overall finish. We have also added a few options that we've implemented on our own Vcore machine that we built at our shop.
Notes on the New Vcore 4 Enclosure
Our door panel is setup to fit both batch 1 and batch 2 handles. The handle mounts are swapped out to slots that accommodate the spacing for both door handles.
